1. Company Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store at anautomija.net and the purchase of original artworks offered therein.

2. Scope and Acceptance

By placing an order on anautomija.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

3. Products

All works offered on anautomija.net are original, single-edition artworks created by the artist. Each work exists in a quantity of one and is sold as described on the individual product page.

Works are sold unframed and on paper. Dimensions, materials, and any other relevant details are stated on each product page. Due to variations in screen calibration and display settings, colours may appear slightly different in person.

4. Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are inclusive of Croatian VAT where applicable. Meaking AU j.d.o.o. is a VAT-registered entity in Croatia (VAT number: HR50158357324).

For buyers within the European Economic Area, VAT is included in the displayed price.

Original artworks are classified under HS code 9701.91 and attract 0% import duty in most major markets including the EU, US, and UK. Local sales taxes or VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any charges not collected at checkout remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal and Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely. Meaking AU j.d.o.o. does not store payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship via Hrvatska pošta (Croatian Post) and its international postal network partners. Works ship via HP Standard Premium service. Works are carefully rolled and housed in a protective tube, packaged within a rigid box (230×320×70mm) with acid-free materials. Each order includes a Certificate of Authenticity and an artist document.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be communicated at checkout. We ship from Sisak, Croatia. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, which can affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or postal services.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order at any time via our Track your order page.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The purchase of an original artwork from Anautomija transfers physical ownership of that specific work only.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, reproduction rights, and moral rights, remain exclusively with the artist and Meaking AU j.d.o.o. at all times.

The buyer acquires no right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or duplicate the work in any medium
• Create prints, editions, or derivatives of the work
• Use the work or any image thereof for commercial purposes
• License, sublicense, or transfer any reproduction rights to third parties

Any reproduction, print, digital use, commercial application, or derivative work based on a purchased artwork requires a separate written licence agreement with Meaking AU j.d.o.o. Unauthorised use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

The artist retains the right to document, photograph, and display the work for portfolio, exhibition, and promotional purposes.

8. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Using any images, artworks, or visual data from anautomija.net to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, or generative algorithms is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, using works to synthesise, generate, or modify images through automated processes, deep learning systems, or any AI-based method, regardless of the intended application, product, or commercial purpose. Any such use without prior written consent from Meaking AU j.d.o.o. constitutes copyright infringement.

9. Returns and Refunds

Each work sold on anautomija.net is an original, single-edition artwork. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EEA consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the work, without giving any reason.

If you wish to cancel before your order has been dispatched, please contact us at ohno@anautomija.net as soon as possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

Meaking AU j.d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of works sold on anautomija.net. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the work in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, courier failures, or force majeure events.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.

For EEA consumers, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers in the European Union have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes arising from online purchases. The platform is accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Changes to These Terms
