Carrier

All orders ship via Hrvatska pošta (Croatian Post) and its international postal network partners using the HP Standard Premium tracked airmail service. Airmail means your order travels by air — fast, reliable, and fully tracked from dispatch to destination.

Delivery is to your nearest post office or designated collection point — never left unattended on a doorstep or handed to a neighbour. Your artwork is collected by you, in person, under controlled conditions. We consider this the safest way to receive original art.

Hrvatska pošta is responsible for your shipment within Croatian borders. Once the package crosses into your country, final-mile delivery is handled by your national postal service and follows their rules and procedures. We recommend checking with your local post office if you have specific questions about how delivery works in your country.

Packaging

Works are carefully rolled and housed in a protective tube, packaged within a rigid box (230×320×70mm) with acid-free materials. Each order includes a Certificate of Authenticity and an artist document.

Export Documentation — All International Shipments

All original artworks shipped outside Croatia are accompanied by a Certificate of Non-Cultural Good issued by the Croatian Conservation Authority (Konzervatorska služba). This certificate confirms that the work does not fall under Croatian cultural heritage protection and clears it for export. It is obtained as standard practice for every international order, at no additional cost.

The certificate is destination-specific and can only be processed after the order is confirmed. Please allow an additional 5 business days for processing before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. They include a 5 business days window for export documentation processing before dispatch. International shipments may also be subject to customs clearance delays once in transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or postal services.

Duties and Taxes

Original artworks (HS code: 9701.91) attract 0% import duty in most major markets including the US, UK, and EU. Local sales taxes or VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations. Any charges not collected at checkout remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.
