"You don't make a mark like this and walk away clean. Too many fragments refused to dissolve. The hand withdrew. What you see is not the final gesture but the total of all gestures. This is not harmony. It is a more difficult thing — coexistence without merger. Layer finding layer: fragment, zone, negotiated territory. Long conversations, careful edges. There was a corner that needed holding and I held it. Holding one corner is never the story, it is evidence of a compulsion that has no off switch. Like that little green. Someone placed it here, knowing it would not fit — and left it anyway."
The condition here is tectonic — accumulation without resolution. Rose and terracotta ground, zones of violet, pink and green negotiating edges, each fragment holding its position without dissolving into the next. The Cyme medium recorded every layer as it landed — nothing withdrawn, nothing reconciled.
